Terms and conditions

Last updated: 29 October 2026

The Romanian version of these terms is the reference version. This English version is provided for convenience.

1. Who we are

The website vellanne.online (“the website”) is operated by:

[Company name], [legal form]

Registered office: [full address], Romania

Tax ID (CUI): [CUI] · Trade Register no.: [J00/0000/2026]

Email: contact@vellanne.online

In these terms, “Vellanne”, “we” and “our” refer to the operator above, and “you” refers to anyone visiting the website.

2. Accepting these terms

By using the website you accept these terms and our Privacy policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

3. What the website offers

The website presents Vellanne and our apps. At the moment no products or services are sold, no payments are taken and no accounts are created through the website. Descriptions of app features are indicative and may change as the apps evolve.

4. Vellanne apps

Use of Vellanne apps, including beta versions, is governed by the licence in section 5 and, if the app comes with one, by the licence agreement (EULA) shown during installation. Beta versions are provided “as is”, for evaluation, and may contain errors. We recommend keeping backups of your photos and projects. If the apps are sold, the purchase terms (price, payment, right of withdrawal, warranties) will be published on the website before sales begin.

5. App licence

By installing or using a Vellanne app, you accept the rules in this section.

Vellanne apps are licensed, not sold. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable right to install the app and use it for your own personal or professional work (for example, to design your clients' albums). All rights in the app (its code, design, layouts, texts, graphics and documentation) remain ours.

You may not, yourself or through anyone else:

These restrictions apply to the extent permitted by law. They do not take away the rights the law expressly gives you (Romanian Law no. 8/1996 on copyright and related rights and Directive 2009/24/EC), such as making a backup copy, observing and testing how the app works, or decompiling it strictly as far as necessary to make it work with another program, when we have not made the necessary information available to you.

The photos, projects and albums you make with the app remain yours; this licence gives us no rights over them.

If you break these rules, your licence ends automatically and you must stop using the app and delete it. We may, as the law allows, seek to stop the infringement and claim damages; infringing the copyright in software may also lead to criminal liability.

6. Intellectual property

The Vellanne name, logo, texts, graphics and design of the website, as well as the Vellanne apps, belong to us or are used by us lawfully. You may not copy, reproduce, modify or distribute them without our written consent, except for personal, non-commercial use of the website's pages.

Other companies' trademarks mentioned on the website (for example Windows or Lightroom) belong to their owners. Mentioning them only indicates compatibility and does not imply any partnership or endorsement.

7. Fair use of the website

Please do not try to access non-public parts of the website, disrupt its operation or use it for unlawful purposes.

8. Limitation of liability

We aim to keep the information on the website accurate and up to date, but cannot guarantee that it is complete or error-free, or that the website will always be available. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of the website. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.

9. Links to other websites

The website may link to other websites. We do not control their content and are not responsible for it.

10. Personal data

How we use your data when you write to us is explained in our Privacy policy. The website does not use cookies; see our Cookie policy.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version in force is always the one published on this page, with the date of the last update at the top.

12. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by Romanian law. We first try to settle any disagreement amicably: write to us at contact@vellanne.online. If we cannot reach an agreement, the dispute will be settled by the competent courts of Romania. If you are a consumer, you may also contact the Romanian National Authority for Consumer Protection (ANPC), including through its alternative dispute resolution procedure (ANPC – SAL).
